This building is a brain child of the Spanish architect Orlando De Urrutia. The main purpose of the building is to turn air into water using solar energy. This energy will accumulate in the southern facade of the building which is made of photovoltaic glass. Beautiful transformation must take place in the underwater part of the construction, functioning as a huge aquarium. The lattice wall in the north facade is used not only for ventilation, but also to turn moist air into pure drinking water using a unique equipment Teex Micron. The upper surface floors will be occupied as rooms, luxury hotels, restaurants, fitness centers, and conference halls.
